1. Service Call Fee

The service call fee covers the cost of dispatching a professional technician to your home or business to diagnose the issue with your appliance or equipment. It includes:

  • The technician’s time and labor for diagnosis
  • Travel expenses
  • Expertise to provide a repair estimate

If you choose to proceed with the repair, the service call fee will be credited toward the total repair cost.

If you choose not to proceed with the repair, the service call fee is still due at the time of the technician’s visit.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payment Due: Full payment is due within 14 calendar days from the invoice date, which is issued upon completion of the repair.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and checks. Please make checks payable to: RUS.CO Appliance Repair.
  • By making payment, the customer confirms that all services listed on the invoice have been completed and tested, with satisfactory results, unless otherwise noted.
  • Labor charges apply for any repair work performed, even if full functionality is not restored due to unrelated or underlying issues.
  • In the event a deposit is paid for a future repair and the customer cancels the service for reasons beyond the company’s control, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • If parts are specially ordered or delivered to the service address and the customer cancels the repair for reasons beyond the company’s control, the cost of parts and associated delivery fees are non-refundable.
